Stamps are only awarded when fortune cookies are acquired with Leaf Tickets. The number of full stamp cards required to trade for each item varies. The trading period varies for each item that can be acquired with stamp cards. We hope you continue to enjoy Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp!
I have been unable to purchase Leaf Tickets for the past 4-5 days due to an Error that arises during the purchasing process. Upon selecting a bundle or option in the Leaf Tickets menu, the following error appears:'Due to an error, your previous purchase was not completed. To continue the transaction, tap Finalize Incomplete Purchase on the purchase screen. Support code: 802-9655'I have already reviewed the Common Questions ingame and sent multiple Inquiries (without a response). I have also read over the Nintendo Page: Getting More Help with Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, and that page does not provide much more helpful information in my case. Please help me resolve this issue, as I have not been able to purchase any tickets ever since buying one of the Launch Celebration bundles. Luc.

This is the way I think nintendo sees it. I think they figure they can trick a bunch of people into spending real money for the items. Some will be tricked in the sense they will keep buying the cookies and stop once they get many dupicates, realizing they will be unable to complete a memory. There will be some people who will intentionally spend the money and be ok with it, and for the rest of us which is the vast majority, will likely not take part in the fortune cookies.I will not be opting out of playing the game as I still enjoy the gameplay and nintendo wont take that away from me. If people choose to boycot it and stop playing to force nintendo to do something, then may the force be with you.I hope it works out and they change their ways. I unfortuantely can not contribute to the protest as Im not willing to sacrifice the pleasure i have from the game temporarily for long term gain that may or may not happen.
I was SO hopeful that they would make this enjoyable for players. They could have gone many ways with it, preferably:.Make the fortune cookies cost 10-30 leaf tickets, certainly more doable than 50 LT, considering many updates and goals (bigger ones) reward you with about 20 or so.Okay sure, charge us 50 LT a pop, BUT, if you spend the tickets, you’re guaranteed the next item of the set. Heck, even jack up the prices the further along you go, but at least make sure players can actually collect the entire set without going broke. This feels like an absolute money grab and I’m so disheartened. Sigh I just wanted to live out my cafe dreams!.

I'm quitting. This game isn't very enjoyable to play, its gameplay loop is a tedious grind and its event timing windows (and time sink) is extremely stressful; but the one thing that kept me coming back was keeping my complete special collection running.
I knew that as they scaled up on Leaf Ticket furniture (350 Celeste, multiple Mario items) the day would soon come that I would need to start ponying up cash. Reload a few bucks here and there when needed, but I was playing efficiently, never wasted leaf tickets. The gacha cookies are ridiculous. I'll admit they gave us the very least by disclosing the odds for each item, but no more. Would they use a fair policy of 'One of each item guaranteed, and random after that'? No, this update is solely for whales and screw everyone else.Since I resigned myself to quit, I blew the 1100 remaining leaf tickets I had saved up on Marshal's Pastry Cookies, here are the results. 4 Tables, 6 Screens, 5 Chairs, no Memory Kitchen.
Actually, I managed to avoid /three/ different items, and all for just under the amount of Leaf Tickets that would cost $40, the price of New Leaf at launch. Extra kick in the gut was that I got all four of those tables /in a row/ with my final four cookies. In a game that's seemingly dying (looking at 90% of my friends list), I don't see how this update isn't the final nail in the coffin. Back to waiting for AC: Switch for me.
